Kenyas revised travel requirement
The time is almost upon you, your long-awaited dream holiday to Kenya is just around the corner, beautiful abundant wildlife and magnificent feathered friends.
Travel in Africa has ever changing requirements so just to make sure your trip to Kenya is memorable, we would like to bring your attention to the Electronic Travel Authorisation Application as detailed below.
Kenya requires all foreigners to complete their Electronic Travel Authorisation Application (ETA) – this is all done online via www.etakenya.go.ke
The procedure is fairly simple. You will need the following:
- A passport style photo (not the same as your passport photo) or webcam to take a photograph during the application
- Copy of the Bio-Data page of your passport
- Confirmation of your flight booking (showing arrival and departure dates, with your full name)
- A copy of your itinerary from your tour operator
* All of these documents need to be in a JPEG or PDF format
** Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after date of arrival and have a full blank page
Applications are available for individuals or as groups (should your group be bigger than 9 travelers you will need to apply as two groups).
Group travelers must all be from the same country, have a purpose for their visit to Kenya and have their itinerary for their entire stay in Kenya including flights and accommodation.
Application instructions:
